I created this painting after spending time watching the sea transform beneath the changing sky.
For me, there is something magical in those moments when the wind gathers dark clouds across the horizon and the waves begin to move with greater force. Then, just as quickly, sunlight breaks through, illuminating the water with reflections and shimmering light.
"When the Wind Speaks to the Sea" is my attempt to capture that fleeting dialogue between wind, water and light.
It is a painting about the power of nature, movement, freedom and the quiet joy of witnessing beauty unfold before our eyes.
The light emerging through the clouds reminds us that even during times of uncertainty and change, there is always a direction worth following.
